Electro-galvanizing

Advantages of Electrolytic Galvanizing
With electro-galvanizing, a very thin layer of zinc is applied by means of an electric current. This zinc layer protects the underlying steel by "sacrificing" itself. After galvanizing, post-treatments such as passivation and seals are typically applied, which alter the appearance and further increase corrosion protection.
- Corrosion protection up to 250+ hours salt spray test
- Uniform coating thickness, without dripping
- Applied layer is thin, and therefore ideal for fitting parts
- Premium appearance of the zinc layer, due to shine and passivation
- All this through a cost-efficient process
