E-coating stands out in its attractive cost and excellent uniform layer thickness.  The applied coating can be overpaint with other processes (e.g. for color).

A 3-step degreasing process, followed by activation and tri-kationfosfatation and finally passivation guarantee optimal adheasion and corrosion resistance. Add to this the E-coating and you get top quality.

Our e-coating processes are applicable to heavy and bulky objects of up to 1000kg a piece. The higher material thickness (20mm) on which our E-coating process is applicable. Moreover, the coating thickness can be customized between 8 to 35 μm.

We can also offer dual coating solutions. Electrolyical zinc treatment is for example an ideal primer as it will deliver even higher corrosion resistance.
