E-coating

The advantages of the KTL process include
With cathodic dip painting, or KTL, a thin coat of paint is applied by means of an electric current. This coat of paint is typically black in color and mainly serves to protect the underlying steel from rust and damage. KTL is widely used as a primer, but increasingly also as a "stand alone" solution.
- Corrosion protection for parts
- Uniform coating thickness, without dripping
- Applied layer is thin, and therefore ideal for fitting parts
- Aesthetic appearance due to deep black color
- Extremely efficient process with hardly any losses
- Compatible with painting techniques such as powder coating and wet painting
