Zinc-Nickel project

Advantages
Alloying by means of an electric current
With electrolytic zinc-nickel, an alloy is applied by means of an electric current. In contrast to classic 100% zinc, an alloy with 15 to 18% nickel is used. The "doping" of the top layer results in a particularly high resistance to rust formation.
- Maximum corrosion protection up to 1000+ hours salt spray test
- Uniform coating thickness, without dripping
- Applied layer is thin, and therefore ideal for fitting parts
- Robust at high temperatures
- The automotive standard par excellence for steel parts
